I think I use the word partnerships to refer to what you're talking about? Personally, conflating the word relationships with "person/people you're partners with" feels very amatonormative, since it implies that friendships, familial relations, etc., aren't a form of relationships, which is just- not true.
That being said, I don't actively seek partnerships out, personally? I only feel comfy applying that label to people I properly know and trust, so partnerships only really happen if I already know the person and whatnot. That kinda means that the difference between a friendship and a partnership, to us, is little else than a change in labels and maybe some boundary changes too.
