Taking my talents to Orlando
After living in the East coast my whole life, growing up I never pictured myself staying, the life is too fast paced for me I pictured myself in the likes of California living the easy-going west coast lifestyle. After meeting my hubby moving to Florida became an option and after moving I can’t imagine not living here. The lifestyle is exactly what I like laid back with some city flair, Florida has all my favorite places Wawa, Rita’s, Shake Shack, and the Mecca Chic Fil A, when I’m not stuffing my face and not doing any favors to my thighs, I should also mention that Florida has the perfect weather, it’s touristic yet maintains the local community feel.
Living in the city we have been able to see the growth, downtown Orlando has become the place to come and unwind with a glass… maybe three of wine on Wednesdays with the event aptly called wine down Wednesday or catch a matinee of the new release, enjoy a cup of coffee walking through the art museum showcasing local artists, or supporting artisans at the farmers market by lake Eola each Sunday. The most fun we’ve had is exploring a new part of our new town each time we get, we’ve explored Winter Park recently they have a great farmers market on Saturdays fresh produce, killer food trucks, and the best plants, beautiful flowers for sale.
