I’m so excited for them! It was the best news I’ve gotten in a while that has absolutely nothing to do with me but I’m fully invested. Even InstaGary gave them 👍👍 and I couldn’t agree more. Clearly they need our approval and boy do they have it! They’re so cute!

Oh, it’s toxic because he’s being respectful of her situation? Please. Obviously Nathan is interested but they can never seem to get their timing right and he’s shy and awkward which doesn’t help. I’m so ready for this all to be over so we can just enjoy things.

CAN YOU IMAGINE?!? Ugh we’d be so blessed to have a mine scene with Nathan and Elizabeth. She’d be all upset because she was worried about getting back to Little Jack and Nathan would promise that it would be all ok and she’d snap at him and be like “how do you know? You can’t promise that.” And then they’d start yelling at each other and it would end with like some passionate declaration....... and that has like a 1% chance of happening.
I don’t know... I don’t think any of us were expecting the argument in the cabin so I think something like that is possible. Nathan could also still be dealing with the death of the Mountie from the shooting in the finale and be extra on-edge. Or maybe he thinks she’s getting closer with Lucas and maybe thinks that she’s picked him and he’s lost her. Ugh it’d be so great if it was something emotional and fiery like that. I’m excited! But not too excited because it’s still like 7 months away haha

Based on Elizabeth’s reaction it’s either Nathan or Lucas and Lucas doesn’t really make sense. Plus this way they get to go down the “I can’t lose the two loves of my life to this uniform” path.
Exactly. It’d make her question if she could really let herself love a Mountie again and it’d be a whole thing. I fully expect to see that.
