MEEP! Baal and Arsher. (That wanted to be a throne but I failed at it tragically. And wow corny writing) Ba'al is a semitic god. Son of El who's the supreme god and father of all. His name means 'master' or 'lord'. God of thunder, rain and fertility. According to the Bible, it was to him that the prayers were directed to when the hebrews went astray in their adoration of Yahweh. In my story, in the war of the angels against the 'pagan' gods, along with many more, he was degraded from his supreme position and no longer adored as the god he was, now despised as one of the first demons of Hell. Soon very much forgotten, sealed and broken. Many millennia later Baal awakens, thanks to Arsher. He seeks to regain his previous position on Earth as a god, adored by his people, at any cost. And Arsher is a little creature cryptic as hell that'd do anything to help Baal reach his goals, regardless of his own feelings. Important is to notice that Baal holds Arsher's soul within himself, thus Arsher is pretty much heartless. Their relationship is very endearing to me, strange as it is.
