For Inktober this year, I’ve decided to draw a prompt every day about one of my original characters, Pennelope Sky. She’s a self-proclaimed mad scientist that is all about the ends justifying the means. So why choose her for the month of spooks? Out of all my characters, she would be the scariest considering what she will do to achieve her goals. This is also a way to introduce her to newcomers and the group of friends she lives with! Hope you enjoy it!
