I made a sword out of an old nail
I started working on a fire emblem themed pendant. It only took about an hour to make a template and cut out the pieces, now I just have to file before I start drilling some holes into it
One down just in time for the end of my junior year
I finished this piece a little while ago, but I forgot to post it here. This little guy was easy to plan out on paper, but translating it into metal was quite the challenge. To get the red color of the wings, I had to heat up the copper almost to the melting point and quench it in boiling boric acid. As hard as this was to make, I learned a lot of new techniques and I’m very proud of the finished product!
I made another sword! This one’s going to a friend of mine
