I’ve seen some people on the internet misunderstand why artists call procreate a “not professional app”.
It’s simple. It’s not. It is nowhere near good enough for the industry. A professional artist can make professional art using it, yes. But the app itself it not professional. That’s just the person.
Think of it like Microsoft paint— you can see people with the skill for it create absolutely stunning, unbelievable pieces in it. But does that make Microsoft a professional, or even good, art software? No.
So yes, a professional artist can make precessional art in procreate, but that doesn’t make the app professional.
That’s the reality of it. It’s just something you won’t deny or change. Thats why people say the app is not at that level, but the artists themselves who use it are.
