Three Final Studies from Human Anatomy

Throughout this course, we solely worked from videos of live models due to COVID lockdown being in effect. We were given a certain amount of time per model to capture, and to the best of our abilities, represent as much detail as accurately possible.

Working with white charcoal was such a treat - placing details with light rather than shadow presented a different challenge and forced our brains to examine our subjects from different perspectives.

To date, these are still some of my favorite pieces.
