Last year was marked by me doing my best 💪 Meeting some of my absolute best friends and fighting to be a more healthy, more outspoken, more happy individual. Gotta keep it up with this one too!

Art Summary of 2018!! Some are things I did personally and never posted here, but i'm so glad to gradually see my own improvement since i started art college! I hope the new year provides time to draw more and do more fun character designs and projects!

aaaand my art summary of 2018!!

this year felt so very quick and I feel like I haven’t done as much stuff as I did in previous years (oooppss July. but I was very busy with other stuff) but overall I’m very happy about my art this year. I got a more steady job and could invest into better art supplies and a drawing tablet and started to do a bit of digital stuff too (I’m SO proud of the picture of Two and Victoria as Alice and the Mad Hatter, especially because it was like. my third picture done digitally and it took so long djksgnksjfgn) and I made quite a lot of original stuff too this year and stuff I didn’t even post anywhere. also inktober made me think that I’d mayyyyybe like to try and illustrate a fairytale, not just make one picture for it, and maybe I will :3 

I hope everyone has a happy new year and that 2019 is good and happy for everyone :3

this is probably the first year i can finally fill up all the months so i’m really proud of myself for that! as far as improvement goes i think i’m more unafraid to have fun with my art and i really hope to continue that in the next year!

Decided to do an art summary since I ACTUALLY drew at least 1 image a month this year. I hope I can improve and do much more next year as well!! (step 1 is getting a tablet, step 2??? work on it!)

Alrighty then so what did I try to accomplish in my art for this year? Well, this year has been more focused with doing digital art and putting my other work that I've done in the past (like photo edits, wallpapers, etc.) aside to where that I still like to make some improvements in my art! I've had my moments in where that my anatomy is perfectly accurate and I feel pretty confident in what I'm doing! I even wanted to put new additions, and that being doing a different style with the hair and eyes! Yeah sure, that's all I've done within my works and hopefully I could do something different but I seriously doubt it... And just like with last year's artwork, I want to give in doing more fan-art based on movies, celebs/music, video games, and so much more! From now on, that would be my focus within the content I create; I know there are probably some people that miss me drawing my OCs, and trust me I do too but I don't think there would be a time and place I'd get inspiration or good vibes to draw them again. :\ I even noticed that I felt very happy doing the drawings that I've done right now compared to my previous ones that I've done in the beginning. And as always, I choose to be happy and put everything that I love and adore in my work and that's all that matters in my life right now! Oh, and yes, even if I didn't really post anything in July (I was in Japan), the drawings with the PS1 girls wearing flower crowns was suppose to be posted in July; even struggling with jet-lag having to work on them was a pain in the ass! This year will be the only time I use that excuse and if I do miss a month in the next year or two, I know what I'll mark down. xD Anyways, I'll stop talking and I'll put my 2018 review soon! Right now, I'm in the middle of working on my very last drawing for New Years and I hope that I could get it done until the first day of 2019; don't worry, it won't be complex it's going to be chibis!

2018 Summary of art. Source for the template here.

A couple months I had to cheat a bit and use another month’s picture, but ah well. This year was... weird, for me.

Also I learned that September’s picture has been marked as explicit when the worst it has is some big (clothed and entirely covered) breasts. So what can I do, really? ((UPDATE: Found the picture and appealed it, it’s safe now.))

Here’s hoping I can get in some traditional stuff by the end of next year.
