I wanted to throw my hat in da ring with regards to Minecraft having a magic system! This uses @brightgoat's My World AU as a jumping-off point for all of the magic in Minecraft. Disclaimer that none of this is any kind of canon to bright's au ofc ofc, this is just me taking the ideas bright's presented and extrapolating them!

Minor explanations/clarifications

I showed both the magic levels in the average newborn as well as the average adult v/illagers, as well as where they can go afterwards career-wise (librarians, clerics, evokers, and illusioners). Also, zombie villagers.

The "lapis test baseline" is essentially the point in potency where lapis responds to an illager's internal magic potency. All illagers lose the magic they get when they're born (usually) but the rate of decay is different in each individual illager. Since they all take the test when they're the same age (roughly 8ish in my HC) the lapis will only respond in those with a lower rate of decay, signifying their high potency and allowing them to enter the evoker track to retrain their potency with exposure and practice.

the Hero is not on the graph because he lowkey exists in every aspect of it. just mark him as VERY HIGHLY POTENT lol
