Art of two characters of an idea I had while in Verona's Duomo

They are inspired by Roman and Greek statues and Christianity

Reference and a bit of info dumping under cut

Honestly, going inside the lavish Duomo of Verona gave me the inspiration I needed for a videogame I'm making (tho I'm still in the 'trying to understand what the fuck I'm supposed to do' fase)

The story has changed quite a lot as it first started with the protagonist being the sacrifice of a cult, but the religious/cultist vibes will remain

I now have a general idea of the story I wanna do, I just need to make an actual full story that I can actually use

But it is very trans coded as the main character is trans masc! (The one on the right in the drawing)
