It’s been a weird day. I thought it was Wednesday until mid-afternoon, which explains why I felt behind all day long. Had a hard time settling down to work. Just felt off. My mind was going in a million different directions, mostly fixating on all the reasons whatever I was dreaming/thinking about at that moment would never work out. Stealing my own joy. And then I reread something I had written while trying to figure out whether to pursue fiber art or something “more practical”. “Making art is glorious and fun. Time stands still.” I thought, “Yes!
