Correct me if this sounds problematic but why do ppl lable Autistic or ND charactere 'minor/kid coded' when they are in their 20's+

For example someone said they hc drac (hotel transylvania) to have a crush on Johnny and they said it was problematic bc he is minor coded even tho he is in his late 20's and early 30's in later films

Or like spongebob, calling him a child or minor coded even tho he's just Autistic, like Autistic audlts who has shares child actions doesn't mean they are children 😭
