Aside from the hoards of people milling around the waterfront in the middle of winter, one was able to tell that there was something special going on in Hobart by the light show that illuminated the night sky every night throughout the Dark Mofo festival.
For the second year running, Hobart was treated to an amazing installation that ran from dusk til dawn every night throuhgout the festival.…

I watch as beams of light chase each other, capturing my attention for endless minutes. Recent chilly evenings have failed to keep the residents of Hobart behind closed doors as the sights and delights of Dark Mofo 2014 begin.

Had a bit of a test shoot tonight, taking a couple of quick shots of Articulated Intersect, an installation that's been set up on the Hobart waterfront for Dark Mofo 2014. Here's one of the shots I got right before they switched them off :(
