I just wanted to say that I personally don't think that ideal you are defending is equally applied across the board but I would say that 95% of Americans can and are able to, as you say, pull themselves up by their bootstraps but some things are insurmountable. So I disagree on some points but at the same time I think the more important point you are making is that it's easier to achieve if you think you can/have the drive. I'm sorry people are calling you ignorant. You don't deserve that.

It's whatever I don't even care lol. You don't have to agree with me 100% you don't even have to agree 1%. I stated my view, it was unpopular with some people. That sucks. I don't care. I wont lose any sleep over it.
