We are back with yet another oc 🫡 this time it's someone who's actually mean lol Close-up and some facts under cut!

Arajin has choppily buzzed hair (he cuts it himself) and usually wears very baggy clothes, he dislikes bright clothing

He is loosely inspired by a fisher, a type of weasel!

His right pinky had to be amputated due to it getting crushed in a door

Arajin's parents are emotionally absent and very controlling, so he develops a distaste for authorities and doesn't like being told what to do (additionally he seeks attention that he doesn't get from his parents but shhh he hasn't realised that yet)

He got his ears pierced partly to spite his parents, though usually wears clear retainers when at home to avoid being lectured

He frequently sasses their team captain and doesn't really care for using honorifics

Arajin gets himself into trouble a lot due to his behavior, he tends to take jabs very personally and isn't opposed to violence when others really get on his nerves (hence the bruises)

He's very hard-working when it comes to training for volleyball, though can come off as pretty sadistic when he plays as he loves crushing the competition

Also playing volleyball keeps him away from home for longer sooo it's a nice bonus to train hard

Academically he does surprisingly well, he just ends up in detention because of his abrasive nature

If you guys remember I drew Arankita's kid a little while ago, so here's her in high school! :D

Some funfacts under cut:

Aran taught her all about volleyball ever since she was little and took her to watch games with him (or her and Kita watched the matches where Aran played, before he retired), so her technique is very good

She wanted to become a setter because she'd set for Aran when they'd practice together and she thought it was really cool :>

In general she helps her dads around the house with both chores and Kita's farm, repetitive tasks are very therapeutic for her and she enjoys them a lot

In return, Kita tutors her on subjects she struggles on and she profits greatly from it

She takes after Kita more than Aran, she's very calm and more on the reserved side. She can be a little intimidating in that way, just like Kita lol

In the timeskip she's a bit torn on what career path she should choose: On one hand she wants to help Kita out with his farm, on the other she is very passionate about volleyball and doesn't want to let it go either (the final decision is still in the works ^^')

She gets spoiled by her dads lol, especially when it comes to food

Aran does her hair! He learned how to do different hairstyles after they adopted her

Another day, another Oc 💆This time a timeskip one!

Some facts under cut!

Japanese dad, German mom

He's an only child

His family went on vacation in Japan a few times, he really enjoyed it there

He was born in Germany and played volleyball there in school. He started playing it again after moving to Japan with his family, during high school when he started feeling a little homesick and then professionally

Rap is his favorite genre, he enjoys American and German rap a lot (Peter Fox, Cro, Tyler the Creator)

Grew up bilingual, Japanese and German, learned some English in school

He has his nostril and ears pierced, occasionally wears eye liner and nail polish

He is very humorous, loves flirty jokes

he is guilty of cursing a lot, he often switches to German for it as it's the language he connects with more emotionally

Calls people German petnames if he likes them (platonically and romantically) (i.e. "Süsser", etc.)

His design is based on an American kestrel, a falcon!

He gets along very well with Gao and Aran :)

Kaori is based on an albino bunny!

She's a transwoman :>

Her favorite color is amaranth

She wears glasses due to her poor-ish eyesight and has nystagmus (which gives her headaches sometimes)

Usually she is benched, but despite not playing a lot she is vivacious during games, often motivating her teammates however she can

Her attitude is more laid-back off the court, when playing she is a lot feistier, lol

Making friends is quite the challenge for her, it takes her a bit until she fully warms up to people

Kaori has a very supportive older sister, which helped her get the courage to transition and come out to people

Her parents are divorced, but she has a close relationship to her mother

She's a pretty talented piano player, but lacks enthusiasm when it comes to music (joining the volleyball club gave her an excuse to not attend the lessons her mother signed her up for)

She played volleyball only for the duration of high school
