It is kinda funny to me how many times I see artists vanish from this platform for a really long time, just for them to pop up once in a while, to tell people that they are still alive and well. It‘s kinda like no matter what, tumblr will always be a place to come back to. Some kind of comforting place. Probably where it all began for so many artists a long time ago.
I mean, for me it kinda began on deviant art, but I gained most of my following here, I barely took any of my deviant art followers with me back then… since there weren‘t many anyway haha.
I am really grateful for the people who stay followed, even through my quiet times, and especially to those, who reply and send me nice messages. It really means a lot to me.
I‘m dealing with basically constant anxiety and depression, and it is really difficult to keep up friendships for me these days, so it‘s nice to see a reply once in a while ♥️
