Starscream smirks and then looks at the request.

“Hello, and thank you for the request. This special episode is dedicated to Oni, and her Ties That Bind RPF AU. While I find her autobot art distasteful, I do enjoy her humanized versions of me. Quite lovely.”

On screen, offlined grubs are stuck onto skewers and then grilled on a giant barbeque pit outside in the NEST base. NEST peacekeepers mill around and grill and bbq their own food.

They watch Starscream’s grilling with a mixture of amusement, disgust, and bafflement. None are going to pick a fight with the 63-feet tall roosterhen asshole jet over khyr tastes in cuisine.

Starscream smiles to khyrself and hums an ancient Vosian cooking song as kha slathers the roasted grubs with energon sauce, said energon sauce is mixed with all manners of additives, bismuth, crushed diamond, rubies, and then mixed with a lovely swirl of mercury.

Skywarp and TC loaf and lounge around in the background as their various creations climb and slide down their plating.

The livestream zooms in as everyone chows down.

Well what do you know, my unhinged ass got a wild hair and, thanks to getting to submit my sweet sons to @artsy-hobbitses​ AU The Ties That Bind, went even more crazy in Hero Forge and did this:

Wes (Whiplash) wears hoodies and baggy clothing coz he’s very thin and hates people seeing that he’s thin. Also very jumpy.

Sam (Silverstrike) may or may not have a habit of biting people who annoy him. He’ll never admit it though.

The only hitch being, their inner footie claws aren’t curved up like they should be, but oh well.

Today's art featuring @artsy-hobbitses's Jazz!

So I think the Spotlight: Jazz comic is pretty heartwarming, especially as it's told through the perspective of someone (Tracks) who doesn't sing other people's praises very often.

I also like it as a relevant piece to Tracks' character development, portraying Tracks as a person who's not especially devoted to the cause but gets to see how someone who is acts in a time of crisis. Then decides to dedicate himself more fully after he gets healed up. In the comic, Tracks doesn't know who saved him (why he doesn't recognize Jazz's voice or speech patterns, I couldn't really say), but, for humanformers, I prefer that Tristan does know because we gotta whack away at his attitude and I declare that he'd not allowed to romanticize the possibility of who saved him. (I won't say he never romanticized Jazz at all and had some complicated feelings when learning more about him.)

Other notes: updated the Autobot symbol on his chest to add flames--saw the idea when looking at Tracks references and liked it plus it's a tie-in to his twin's wrestling gear--and I'm really happy with how the distressed wood came out.
