#art #auwart #mutant mayhem #tmntmm #artunderwrapsart #mmtmnt #tottmnt #also fun fact i have a (rough) plot!#inspired by the wimpy kid books if you’ll believe ky #so there’s an assignment that one of the teachers (or maybe even higher up faculty) give as a test of responsibility.#the whole class is given eggs and are told to take care of them for a week.#whoever passes gets extra credit #raph is doing pretty freakin bad in the class and needs to pass this to pass the class #so he tries his hardest to take care of the atupid eggs #but unbenknowst to him and everyone else #the egg was fertile and a little chick pops out #raph doesn’t know where to put the chicken so he decides to take care of it (and jokingly thinks he might get extra credit on the assignmen #for taking care of a live animal)#so he decides to take care of it #and he gets a 50% because the teacher likes him (though they do not believe him fully)#and that is how raph gets a chicken

im so tired and annoyed that i can’t get it to look right

whatever just have it and leave me to my eepy misery

FACE REVEAL TIME???? not really tho lol

basically i just wanted to show y’all a mask that i’ve been working on for a bit (took me like 3-4 days total- glue based paper mache takes a WHILE to dry). However, i decided i needed something to go along with it, so here’s the full fit lol

i have a shirt on but i was too lazy to turn it around so the reason why you can barely see my shirt is because it’s my schools shirt and i really didn’t wanna like dox myself so. yeah

here’s the mask if anyone wants to see it by itself

I used tissues, glue, water (those theee for paper mache), aluminum foil (base), acrylic paint, a pencil, hot glue, mod podge, and an old belt (that turned out to be my moms lol)

i saw a cute little hijabi superhero design and thought hm. could i do that? and maybe i did

i dunno if the actual “hijabi” part of the costume translated very well; i tried to kinda mesh together a hijab with a fencing helmet so. bam

o tried to make her outfit pretty modest while also being functional (to an extent). her pants and helmet/hijab have buttons so that when she moves around really fast, they don’t lift up and her skin doesn’t show. the sleeves also have elastic bands at the wrists for the same purpose. her vest cape thing is Cool and i personally despise going outside without something long covering my back without a skirt so ye. she has boots because they’re cool.

I also gave her a crescent motif cause. she’s muslim. :>

so her “superpower” is that she is EXTREMELY good at sword fighting. i… didn’t really feel like looking up refs or different swords from different cultures so she gets that Thing.
