Why is Edelgard compared to Arvis ?
Is it a "dude in red allies with a shady cult and becomes emperor" thing?
Because I remember clearly Arvis telling Manfroy that he will not allow him to do stupid things or resurrect the mad empire, in the first Gen Manfroy isn't hunting children.
Edel disapproves with the Remire incident but still works with the Monica gang.
Both ally with a baby eating cult, but at least Manfroy waited for Julius to become Loptyr before hunting babies.
