Robin speech was so important for Will but i will tell you she's wrong to think that Mike is like Tammy. Honestly, all the parallels they did between Mike and Will are with Robin and Vickie who she is interested in Robin so well.

It's true she said all the stuff about Steve coming between Robin and Tammy as Tammy falls deeply for Steve as in a way we can tell that El came between Mike and Will but that's the thing.

The first thing that Robin tells at Will is the fact that they're signals to prove that someone is indeeed interested in you and why all of them SCREAM about Byler? BECAUSE IT'S ALWAYS MIKE WHO GIVES THESE SIGNALS!

He felt awful, he’d had everything planned, right to the second, but then his dad has interfered with his plans, one thing had led to another, and here he was, tail between his legs as he frantically tried to apologise for his tardiness. “There was this whole thing with my dad, he’s still going on about me going to medical school, and it turned into this big argument and….” he paused to take a breath, and his eyes looked over Rachel’s form as he trailed off. “Wow…” he breathed out, eyes widening as he took a moment to fully appreciate how stunning she looked, and now he felt even worse for keeping her waiting for so long.

“Doesn’t matter,” he added with a softer smile, “I’m really sorry for keeping you waiting, if you want to leave I’ll totally understand, but if you’re willing to give me a second chance, I’d really like to give this first date thing a second shot,”
