Today in my class at Yoga Mayu I started "7Weeks of Heart Openers" which is series 1 of #ASANAiloveyou . For the next 7 weeks I will provide a question in all my classes and there will be a a focus in the form of words and a posture. The "focus" in the form of words is only something that can be provided live in class (maybe we can do an "Instagram Live" thing...?) 🔮 Nov 12// Week 1 out of7 🤸♀️This week the posture is: Dhanurasana ❓The Question is: What does "Heart Opening" mean to you? (Which we explored in class) ...
