John, tag! Post ten things about yourself and then pass this on to your ten favourite followers.
Alright, Sherlock. Let’s do this.
1. I am studying BSc Geography at King’s College London. Yes, that means I am actually living in London. And I absolutely love it.2. I am a Sherlockian and proud of being a part of this wonderful, brilliant, and really crazy fandom.3. I think I might be having some mental issues right now but I don’t talk about it with anyone and keep telling myself that it’s nothing and I should just carry on living, just like Dean Winchester does. It’s working good so far but yeah, I guess you might consider this a shoutout to anyone who might be listening. I don’t care. Or maybe deep inside I do and am looking for attention. Who knows? [I know. And it’s probably none of the above.]4. I love music. Especially rock. My dad was a blues & jazz man, so I guess it’s only natural that the next generation prefers the ‘next generation’ of music ;]5. I want to go on a roadtrip on route 66 one day with my friends. In an old Volkswagen Westfalia campervan. A green one. Without any more detailed plan than getting from Chicago to Los Angeles somehow. With lots of fun, laughter, adventures, love and driving.6. I am genderqueer, which basically means that I don’t care too much about my gender. And prefer male pronouns most of the time. Don’t confuse it with being trans. I know who I am and the name ‘transsexual’ definitely doesn’t cover it.7. I am the person who started the London Sherlockians group and I am damn proud of it.8. I love singing. And I actually CAN sing pretty well. In an opera-like voice, all thanks to music school, but that never bothered me (at least not too much).9. Me & my two best friends go by the names from Sherlock/Supernatural, depending on who is talking to whom. So, basically, I am either John or Dean, then there is Sherlock/Cas and Sammy/Irene. But mostly just Sherlock and Sammy, I am the only one who ‘jumps’ between fandoms. Also it’s weird how well some of the character’s personal traits actually fit us…10. I may not be shy but I am definitely quiet. If I feel comfortable in your company I can talk a lot (probably even too much), but when I’m with people whom I don’t know too well I tend to just sit and listen, answer only when asked a direct question. That’s just how I am.
Hopefully I didn’t overwhelm you with too much text. I love writing about myself from time to time, especially when asked for it.
