Have I mentioned how I was curious why the whole town was coming to the Sengoku? I seriously thought Asaka was bringing the whole town to save Yua. Omg, Asaka, should we get you a white horse to save Yua??
Of course, I am joking, but it would be really funny if Asaka seriously brought the whole town to save her. Why are you so dedicated, Asakaaaa?? 🤣
Comments on episode where Earthdama just somehow became a Deity in Sengoku Era. Mostly AsaYua, and their relatiin with Yuuna.
ASAYUA—DAMN. ASAKA MOVED SO FAST RIGHT AFTER SHE GOT YUA'S LETTER. IT WAS JUST SO CUTE THAT YUA HUGGED ASAKA RIGHT AFTER SHE FOUND HER. THESE TWO, SERIOUSLY. 😭😭
Anyway, I kind of expected Yuuna to finally come back on this episode. It might be my imagination, but she did not have that much emotion when talking about Yuuga. It was actually nice if surviving on Sengoku made her feelings fade—rather than her feelings, her obsession, I mean. Yuamu also did not bother to talk about how badly Yuuna treated her before. But as Yuuna saw Asaka and Yua reunited, she looked like she had no face to meet Asaka, or she might just feel sad that she could not get that close to them anymore after what she did.
To think about it, Yuuna might be the one who duelled Asaka to take Monster Reborn from her, but Yua was also in the position of the traitor. Even so, Yuamu and Asaka just reconciled and even hugged each other happily. Yuuna might feel uncomfortable since she had not straightened things between her and the people she betrayed. Even though Yua and the gangs just acted like there was nothing and Yua just showed how she was super relieved Yuuna was safe, Asaka was not someone who could do something like that. Envy, sadness, regrets I think Yuuna felt things like that. But Asaka, who has a ton of pride inside her, stepped in first and talked about how their families could understand each other in the future. She was comforting Yuuna, but she also gave an implication that she and Yuuna could not do that. I think she was clear that she could not agree with Yuuna for what she did or how she did her things, but she just did not want them to become enemies.
Tl/dr Yua was that special for Asaka. HAHAHA.
But, seriously, I felt surprised at how close they became—putting aside how I ship them, even though the way they interacted was the reason why I shipped them. It was just not Asaka's style to hug people, but she did not mind Yua doing that to her even though she had been embarrassed before. And, duh, see how Asaka blushed at what Yua did sometimes. And from Yua's side, again, she had Manya as her bestie, but somehow, we got more interaction between her and Asaka instead. Yeah, Asaka might be reliable that Yua reached out to her more, but if that was just a business relationship, Yua had no need to be over-excited until she hugged her like that. She even held back when she reunited with Yuuna—well, I guess it was also because of how Yuuna showed her envy towards her before. But with Asaka, she did not hold herself back and just hugged her. Yua just personally liked Asaka as an individual, and that was what was cute about them. Asaka was definitely special. BTW WHERE WAS KUYAMUYA?? Was she helped to reactivate the time machine? 😩😩
About Yuuhi, I just find it funny that what Yuuhi lost was actually his earthdamar. If we look back to the episode when Yuuhi's personality changed when Damamu possessed Yuamu, the answer was actually clear. But looking at how Yuamu and Yuudias worried over Yuuhi and Yuuna just made a deep analysis of Yuuhi's condition just made it feel so funny when Yuuhi was back to hImself after he got his earthdamar back. But it was nice that the answer was Damamu. If Yuuhi seriously had a ton on him because of the whole Otes thing, I could not imagine how Yua would blame herself again. Just … no. And Yuudias, I think he was not in a position to take care of Yuuhi when he also had emotional turmoil Inside himself. Just take care of yourself more, Yuudias. 😩
Btw, I think they had Zuwee stay back in the castle so Mitsuko would not have to see him. Mitsuko, seriously, just find a better man. Even Ferko has better eyes than you—a kappa is way better than a samurai, that was it. 🤣
Comments on Toki o Kakeru Shojou. Mostly Yua, as always, her connection to Darkmen, and AsaYua
I have too many things to say, but anyway, I REALLY LIKE TODAY'S EPISODE.
AsaYua is one thing, but I was seriously touched that they also put Yua's and The Darkmen's scene. I remember that one episode when Fukamure used to try revolting by saying Yua did not care about them, and I actually got why he said that. But, see, Yua just had too many things to handle by herself that she did not have enough time to show how she did not want the Darkmen to get hurt and how she really thought of them as living creatures even though she might let them born to help her to become Otes. She even stopped them from consuming Dark Power too much, not because she was petty, but because she did analyse that it was not good to have too much Dark Power to consume. I mean, she was a materialistic girl when she was a child, but not anymore. And she was not even petty about things. Okay, she needed many Dark Power to become Otes, but she was not the type to get mad just because she had to share her things with others.
Blhuair was also so sweet. He helped Yuamu to write to Asaka and said that he would like Yuamu no matter if she lost her memories. From the start, he was the only one who did not turn his back on Yuamu or even doubt her. He is really a good child, just like Kuyamuya. Of course I like the other darkmen too, but Blhuair was seriously that nice that I was scared something would happen to him that make him turn his back on Yua. Don't turn him into an enemy, please. 😭
Okay, let's talk about other things. Zuwee was seriously having a great time in the Sengoku Era. He worked hard when Yuudi had his silent time thinking about things with the twins. What a hardworking man. LOL.
I kind of feel the staff would revive Kuyamuya since they showed her human form before she vanished, but I thought it really happened…. I thought The Four Darkmen survived because there was some Dark Power in the Sengoku Era, but to think Kuyamuya was also revived …. Otes, what did you do??
Yua and Kuyamuya spent a lot of time together. Yua might have told her many things, and they have a deep connection—it might be as deep as the twins. Since The Darkmen could feel each other's existence and Blhuair also could feel Yua's emotions, I think Kuyamuya also knew how much Yua trusted Asaka and liked her a lot. That might be why Kuyamuya chose to stick with her. I kind of got curious about where Kuyamuya got her ribbon since Yuamu has them back. Asaka, was it you who took Yua's ribbon from her room???
It was funny how Kappa cosplayed Yua. I think Yua might have affected him when they researched together and made him into cosplaying. That might be why Yua did not get surprised when she saw him in this episode. Asaka and Kuyamuya seriously had it hard, especially Kuyamuya. I think it took a toll on her since Kappa was cosplaying Yua, the figure closest to her. 🤣
About AsaYua, I actually have too many things to talk about, but I posted most of it on X, so I hope I can keep it short this time. When Asaka asked Kappa if he read Yua's letter for her or not, I TRENDEMOUSLY SAW HER EQUALLY AS A BOY WHO JUST GOT A LETTER FROM HIS CRUSH THAT IN FIGHT WITH HIM. ASAKA, YOU—no, actually, I think Asaka just did not like people to touch her things as they wish, BUT I WAS SERIOUS THAT I CANNOT GOT THAT FEELING ABOUT HER WANTING TO MONOPOLIZE YUA'S LETTER FOR HER.
When Asaka said Yua left her and made her feel lonely, I believe she was feeling that way right since Yua was revealed as DM. Asaka used to be a trio with the rush duel creation team, but then Yuuna just got a crush on Yuuga, and Yuuga just did as he wished. On the other hand, Asaka also had feelings for Yuuga, but she chose not to get in Yuuna's way. If you think about it, it was natural that Asaka felt she was left behind by Yuuna and Yuuga, and they even became cards, leaving her alone. But luckily, right when she felt depressed, her duel with Yua somehow saved her. I kind of felt Asaka's feelings for Yuuga were slowly fading after that duel. She saw Yuuga's shadow in Yua, but instead of thinking that Yua was Yuuga's replacement, I think Asaka realised Yua's existence more and seriously wanted to get close to her as she made her into the student council. She might have felt Yua was similar to Yuuga in some way, but Yua is Yua, and I think Yua and Yuuga were just the types Asaka likes. HAHAHA. 😭 It was just, that she finally recognized Yua that she understood she liked her more than Yuuga—these were all shippy imagination; do not take me seriously. 🤣
But then, Yuamu started her move to protect Yuuga and said she would become Otes. Yuuna said that Asaka was envying Yuamu as Asaka also wanted to become Otes. Later, she admitted to Manabu that she did want to become Otes, but not about her jealousy of Yuamu. I might have talked about this before, but I believe Asaka want to become Otes not just to protect her friends' future but also to prevent him and Yuamu from becoming one. So, it was not all about Yuuga. About Yuuna's accusations of Asaka's envy, I think it was more like Yuuna's personal feeling, but I assumed Asaka also had the same feeling, so she was not the only bad one. No, I did not say that it was bad for Yuuna or Asaka to get jealous of Yua, but it was only natural for humans to accuse others of doing the same when they felt all alone for feeling or doing things that they counted as a bad one.
In the end, Asaka felt that Yuamu—who she thought was close to her—left her. It was really surprising for me when Asaka said she felt lonely. She was depicted as a strong girl who does things as she wishes, but deep inside, she might be lonelier as she was still a middle highschooler. She also thinks of Yuamu that preciously.
On the other side, Yuamu also thinks of Asaka highly as she admits Asaka outdid her in hiding the Monster Reborn. I just like how these two girls secretly think of each other more than how it is shown since they did not have interaction that much recently.
Yua liked Asaka as a friend, as someone she trusted, as a human. In another way, I felt Asaka's feelings for her might be deeper than how it was shown as I watched today's episode. These are purely imaginary ship talks, but Yua was purely like Asaka because she was the Asaka she knew. I felt Asaka was more like an obsessive type, especially after she felt a lot of loneliness. It might be not weird that she just wanted to reunite with Yuamu, nagged her, and told her not to leave her alone again. Now that I think about it again, actually, it was more natural if she blamed Yuuna for her loneliness as she was with her longer than Yua, but we had Yuamu in today's episode. That means, Asaka seriously liked her more than how the anime showed us. This is all about preference and quality, not quantity. They did not even mention Yuuga anymore on today's episode. You did a great thing there, man.
But, well, get back to Asaka and Yuuna; from the first place, Yuuna also had Rovian, so the Rush Duel Creation Team was not her only circle, and Asaka must have understood that. Plus, talking about personalities, the types like Yuuga and Yua might have got her fired up more since they were the intellectual types who knew how to get on Asaka's nerves, especially Yua, who understood how to control others' emotions better than Yuugax, the natural type.
Aaah, seriously, I really like today's episode. Thank you, GR staff. 🙏🏼✨
IN THE END, I COULD NOT KEEP IT SHORT. SORRY. HAHAHAH. 😭😭
