Oh, it was Grimm! Although their expression didn’t actually change, the vessel’s body language seemed to (ironically) light up when they spotted him, running over in excitement. Apparently, their past hesitation towards him due to his sister had been all but forgotten; as, thinking it over even more since their package had been sent to him, they had decided that if nothing else, they still REALLY wanted to see that forest with the big tree he had told them about.
[Grimm! Grimm! Can you take me to the forest today? I got my nail back, too!] They pulled their weapon out in a flourish to show it off, which, while it was worn down and cracked, it was still a much better weapon than the pathetic, wooden nail that Senka had received upon first arriving in Spirale. They felt quite proud of the damaged thing; they’d be able to actually defend the two of them now if needed, after all. They hoped so, at least.
