Would aelius be ok dating an asexual gabriel who mostly just wants to cuddle and go for walks holding hands?

Absolutely! Aelius is honestly weary of sex, so the emotional bond is more important to him. Here’s a list of all the ROs and their reactions to ace!Gabriels.

How would the different ROs feel about a Gabriel who is romantically interested in them, but completely asexual? Would that be a deal breaker for any of them? (Aside from Iro, of course. I can only imagine just how boring and useless she would consider an asexual Gabriel to be.)

1. Iain:

This would not be a deal-breaker with Iain by any means, but he would need reassurances that just being with him is enough. He’s never had a non-sexual relationship of any length before, so he would be worried that he wasn’t doing enough.

2. Alice

At first, Alice would seem uninterested in this kind of relationship. At the end of the day, if you are comfortable with cuddling, she could make it work. It would just be more of a struggle for her, as she really likes sex.

3. Sabriel

Not an issue at all.

4. Ramiel

Again, not an issue. Asexuality is quite common amongst angels.

5. Tom

As long as you are a good mother to Josie, he could make it work. He would be a bit more distant, but it would not be a deal-breaker. (Werewolves are very physical creatures, so in order not to make an asexual Gabriel feel uncomfortable he would err on the side of caution, wanting to prioritize Gabriel’s comfort and not wanting to overstep.)

6. Zaria

Zaria values mind over body anyways, so this is no issue for her.

7. Leo

Leo would struggle with it but it wouldn’t be a deal-breaker. He would push comfort boundaries quite a bit, so it would likely be more of an issue for an ace Gabriel than for Leo.

8. Charleston

Charleston would try, and you could make it work, but he would struggle with it, mainly because most of his past relationships have been all about the physical element. 

9. Stephanie

Stephanie is fine with an asexual Gabriel.

10. Karyn

While Karyn wouldn’t have issues with fun dating, she would not get into a serious relationship with an ace Gabriel.

11. Aelius

Aelius could work with an ace Gabriel, as long as they are comfortable with a lot of touching and cuddling.

12. Ryder

Ryder would rather just call it an alliance at that point. Sans sex he doesn’t see it as a relationship.

13. Michael

Michael is better at being in a relationship with an ace Gabriel, as it eliminates some of the pressures and fears he has about being in a relationship and not disappointing.

14. Iro

As mentioned, Iro wouldn’t have much use for an ace Gabriel. Give her the throne of hell, though, and she’ll call it whatever you want, though she’s aromantic herself so she won’t return your feelings the same way.

15. Tadea

As long as Tadea still gets to curl up with Gabriel while in panther form, she’s good.
