My day today....

So today I threw my back out again, long story short in year 12 I got a strain of pneumonia and had intramuscular injections and it fucked up my back so my muscles are shit and I am an idiot who thinks she can do anything so I'm lifting a heavy thing and bam fucked up, so my lovely housemate took me to the doctors so now I have physio appointments yay! I also got a really good thing of pain meds so that's good, I also found out that two people very close to my family passed away one was my neighbor of 102 and the other a 9yo girl my mum used to look after so today has very much been a taxing one hope you guys are doing good today

i’m not having a great time

Hello to no one in particular, wondering if anyone knows some good cheer up methods??  It looks like my back is pretty fucked and the physio is taxing and im really trying my best also 2 family friends, a family member and my aunty’s dog all passed away and my ex is in my city because it was organised before we broke up and he doesn’t wanna see me which is fine i guess but like i just wanna be able to hug my friends without my back killing me and also being high on pain meds is fine but im not getting stuff done and i feel super unproductive and i had to cancel a shift at work because of my back and now im low on funds and idk everything is just a bit much for the start of the year idk, anyone have any helpful suggestions??

So I went to the doctors tonight for a check up on my ankle because it's fucked up and it's a hairline fracture probably so nothing I can do lol and then she was like you had the flu shot yet?? And I'm like nah, she's like it's free so I was like gd hell yeah! So I have no problem with needles but it's like 3hrs later and I'm in pain lol, gotta waitress tomorrow so hopefully I can carry the plates lol (oh and also walk) soz for the rant I'm so tired and a little bit high on painkillers ^_^

Am sitting here borderline panic attack because this job said they would call me back by now so now I'm just going through everything I did wrong in the interview just fml but oh man I really need and want this job!!!

Welp that's the last time I eat 2 day old pizza (yes it was refrigerated and also nuked) with cheese. Rip sleep and my toilet :) I'm ded lol
