Doctor Who, let's talk
So the BBC recently came out and stated that the show's up for competitive tender, and that Russell T Davies is gone. I appreciate what Russell did for the show back in the 2000s and the specials but its clear that after that point he had no clue what he was doing. It was for the best for him to go.
The fact that absolutely nothing had been done for the special (depending on who you ask) is shocking, announcing something to get the fans back hyped and then doing NOTHING with it is an insult. Overall the situation has been poorly managed from top to bottom, by the BBC, by RTD, by Bad Wolf, and worst of all by Disney.
On that note, it seems the Wilderness Years are upon us again, so if that's anything to go by then we are absolutely FINISHED. Rev up those microphones and recording equipment because The Doctor is firmly in distress /silly.
It does kinda seem that Mrs Flood was right though: "I'm sorry to say his story ends in absolute terror.."
...that terror being mismanagement and just plain reheating of nachos.
The Flight Headcanon Yap #1
So I'm not primarily one to yap about the goofy elements but a headcanon came to mind recently regarding TF!AJ and I can't get it out my mind 😭
The headcanon is that TF!AJ would be the type of person to sculpt the most random shit into the floorboards and the walls for the sake of "adding some flair" (i.e. she just puts all the nicknames she gives people on one wall and tries her best to do some engraving art on the floor). Idk why but I get that vibe.
