Sister to the villain Locust, Dreameater is a vigilante trying to stop her and other people who are simply evil for the sake of evil. What do you guys think of her?

I had redone Pulsar's Chart. I wasn't very haply with her look anymore. While it fit in thr au I had created her in, it doesn't fit in this one anymore. So, I changed her look up a bit and her clothes by alot and some other details.

What are you guys thoughts on this updated version of her?
