It’s kind of sad that we are all so open to accepting others for their flaws but we can’t accept ourselves for even the tiniest of faults. I don’t know what to make of that

Honestly I don’t think anyone realizes how hard it is for people with mental disorders to tell people about it. Like it is so scary to say something as serious as that because people might look at you differently and judge you. Just be aware of that if someone tells you something very personal and serious like that. And take it upon yourself to help them to the best of your ability, it really could change everything for them
