TOP 100 FAVORITE SYTYCD ROUTINES (in no particular order:) 68. Right Here Waiting Performed by: Ashle Dawson & Blake McGrath Choreographed by: Tovaris Wilson Season 1, Lyrical This one always makes me remember little Glee Buddy (this was years before Glee) when he was around nine years old and first started watching this with my sister. He watched this dance and LOVED it, saying, "It's like they're under water." *NOTES: Blake went on to finish 5th, while Ashle finished 4th. I most recently saw Blake as a choreographer for Candy Apples Dance on the TV show, Dance Moms.
TOP 100 FAVORITE SYTYCD ROUTINES (in no particular order): 87. Hound Dog Performed by: Ashle Dawson & Blake McGrath Choreographed by: Travis Payne Season 1, Rock ‘n’ Roll This routine has some really difficult movement and I love that they're both equally committed to it and there for each other as partners. I love the strength that both Ashle and Blake get to show in this routine. *NOTES: Blake finished 6th and Ashle went on to finish 4th. (It's interesting to note that Ashle had a different style almost every single week, and she lasted the entire competition. That means she danced 14 different styles - which, I think it's safe to say - is more than anyone else has had to do in any season. I love that she rose to the occasion and met the challenge each and every time.
