Tips&Tricks: Co-Sleeping Safely

Let’s start with the big No No‘s of co-sleeping.

Do NOT co-sleep if you:

are a smoker

are overweight

have heavy bedding or excessive amounts of pillows on your bed

have a baby under six months, small, or underweight 

sleeping on a couch, futon or other similar furniture
