i've actually been doing it for a few weeks now and i definitely notice the change!! but i asked because maybe i need to push myself ever further haha but yeah i think i'm keeping my usual routine :) ohh and sorry for being annoying buuuut food wise do you have any tips?? i feel like that's the area in which i fail because i just love food too much lol
