Sometimes you have to slow the world down to let your mind catch up. • I watched the news today.. there was stories 2 different children being sexually assaulted and abused... the never ending abortion battle because men should have the final say so on women and what they decide to do with their body... several guys have been shot while trespassing/attempted robbery... a 36 year old man was found in a 17 year old girl bedroom and her father shot him.. tornadoe alley is still being destroying the Midwest region.. and the never ending saga of The Donald Trump presidential series. • Not to mention several of my own personal issues. But all of these things have caused my mind to race more than normal. As much as I pray for peace, I have to find a way to free my mind myself.
