Dreams of Ghosts

Lots of conflicted thoughts. H told me of her dream last night. She was standing in the doorway of her studio and saw me sitting on her bed, on my phone or something. She suddenly felt this grabbing sensation on her face and some force pulled her face to the right, where she saw a long-haired male Asian ghost looking at me, or watching me. Right afterward, she was woken up by a big, loud, violent dog fight outside our building. Not comforting at all... She was scared of the pulling action, but said the ghost did not have a black aura or felt bad. Thinking about what it could mean. I know how I could apply interpretations to my life of what I found on Google regarding dreaming of ghosts, but those are only external interpretations. What does it really mean?
