Bani Mi Asian Burgers-5 are a fusion of classic Banh Mi flavors with juicy pork patties, pickled vegetables, and spicy sriracha mayo, all sandwiched between toasted buns. It's a delicious twist on the traditional Vietnamese sandwich.
Ingredients: 500g ground pork. 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 2 tablespoons minced garlic. 2 tablespoons minced ginger. 2 tablespoons chopped green onions. 1 tablespoon sesame oil. 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. 4 hamburger buns. Pickled vegetables carrots, radishes, cucumbers. Fresh cilantro leaves. Mayonnaise. Sriracha sauce.
Instructions: Put ground pork, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, green onions, sesame oil, sriracha sauce, and breadcrumbs in a large bowl. Pour in the sauces and mix well. Make 4 equal portions of the mixture and shape each one into a patty. Get a grill or grill pan hot, but not too hot. The patties should be cooked for four to five minutes on each side, or until they are done. On the grill, toast the buns for one to two minutes. Put mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun and top it with sriracha sauce. On top of each bun, put a cooked patty. Then add pickled vegetables, cilantro leaves, and the top half of the bun. Serve right away and enjoy!
