I think it’s a US parent company of some kind for IRL Merch b/c there’s this line at the bottom of the US website: “Website operated by Spacepants Online, Inc.” and b/c there’s this info online about who runs it (aka, them!) https://www.floridacompanysearch.com/company/F170000026

oh also, apparently (in addition to all of them being directors) Martyn is the president, Phil is the vice president, and Dan is the secretary treasurer. yes I love these nerds! I got to meet them during the ii tour and my discord profile is a pic of Dan(asaur) haha so there is a small overlap in the venn diagram of fandom of ppl who like both sets of dorks <3 I'm glad we finally get to see what the train pics were about and not too long to wait for the content! I'm already hoping Phil gets to win this epic Dan vs Phil (with an all or nothing!!)
