Kinda random, but how long have you been making these? I've been following you since I first made my blog, and I really like your art.

Looking at my files, my first cod render (with konig) was made on december 5, 2022 in Source Filmmaker. And in april 24, 2023 I moved to Blender and since then I've been making all my renders in that software. Damn now that I think about it it's been a long time😭

Hello! And thank you❤️❤️ How did I get into COD? oooooh it's because of the tiktoks that started appearing just after MWII came out in 2022. There was this huuuge wave of edits with Ghost with this iconic "quite the opposite" voiceline. What can I say, I have a weakness for characters in masks with low voices, so he immediately got my interest. Started reading fics, my fyp was full of edits with him so I couldn't even escape (not complaining), then I watched whole gameplay on youtube and bought the game. The rest is history🤪

Unfortunately, I don't have time to read any new fics lately, I just try to check notifications and deal with private matters (I'll talk more about it soon, because my work was stolen again and it's a very serious thing in which I have to warn CoD community) and every free moment I try to make renders, so unfortunately I have become less active😭 Sometimes I'll read one-shots that appear in my feed, but I can't remember any specific ones, sorry!

The only thing I can recommend at the moment are fics that I have read some time ago and I still think about them:

- Ghosts & Mirages by @stararch4ngelqueen the first series I started reading when I joined this fandom and I wasn't making renders yet. I literally stopped doing anything whenever I saw a new notification on AO3 with a new chapter

- Happiness series by @lethalchiralium what can I say, I have a weakness for dad!ghost fics and this was the first one I started reading. Adore how Simon is interacting with his kids

- Dad Simon by @lundenloves Love Simon's grumpy and cocky side in this one. Always makes me giggle

- Sassy by peachesofteal (idk why i can't tag them, it shows different blog😭) It was at that moment when my thoughts were slowly infected with dad!Ghost content, but when I read this series, something clicked in me. I remember it was late after midnight, I finished render and while I was waiting for it to be saved, I was scrolling through my tumblr and it showed up on my feed. Started reading it and I practically didn't sleep all night because I had to finish it. And on the next day I started making dad!ghost renders

Hi I have a question, how long does it take to do renders???

oooofffffffff it's a very difficult question! It depends on many things, for example: - Do I already have an imported model? if not, I need to prepare it first (1-4 hours depending on the number of objects I need to texture. One model can have 15 objects, the other 70) - How many models do I want to use? - Do I need to build a background?

If I have all 3d models ready to use and I have an idea in my head for a specific render, it will take me maybe 2-6 hours.

But if I need to texture many 3d models, it will take me several days..?For example, in case of Tundra 141 it took me almost a week, because each of these models took me one day of texturing ;-; (I'm not saying that I texture all day long 12h, but I only make these renders when I have free time).

So yeah! It depends, but a lot of hours. Plus, I'm a person who pays attention to small details, so I often waste a lot of time on them😩

so my adventure with renders dates back to when I was a teenager and after school I was making simple graphics in Source Filmmaker with Team Fortress 2 3D models. Even though I often took breaks, I always somehow came back to it. Idk, i just like it! It's somewhat relaxing to me put some music on in the background, play around in 3d software and create something from nothing.

I even found some old renders on my hard drive D:

I also like photography (that's what I took courses in few years ago), and honestly I treat renders somewhat similarly, because in both cases we have a model, camera and we have to set the background and light. But here in a 3D software you have more freedom to be creative

and if I can be honest, these courses were a failure, because most of the time I had to work with models (i mean with people, ew) and I prefer taking photos of nature and animals. But I learned a lot about lighting and post-production there

I will take this question as a huge compliment and thank you, but no, I did not end any school in this field. I learned everything myself when it comes to CoD renders

The only thing I did was sign up for two courses while I was still in school: sculpting in ZBrush and basics of animation in Blender. Tbh this knowledge is not useful to me here;-; But it was fun!

Hey there, I love your art! I just want to ask, what software do you use to make your art? I’m also a 3D model artist, and I’m ready to take my skills to the next level and hopefully be on the same level as you one day! If you can also recommend any good tutorials, videos, or books, that would be great. Thank you so much! ❤️

Unfortunately I have to answer this question in the most boring way, which is: -YouTube, -Google, -Blender documentation -a lot of own work

First, you need to learn the basics of the software, get to know the interface, learn how to use program in terms of creating materials, UV mapping, basic modeling, texturing, etc. I know it may sound demotivating, but unfortunately it is the most important thing in all of this. I don't know if this will comfort you or not, but every day I'm learning something new! I honestly have never read any book about Blender. I learned the basics mainly from youtube tutorials from BlenderGuru and GrantAbbitt, and when I had a problem, I just googled it;-;

In response to one ask about using my renders (there was a screenshot of another account which I don't see the need to share)

I don't mind all of you using my stuff. I do all this for fandom and for myself as a hobby and opportunity to learn 3d softwares and how 3D models are made in gaming industries, because I have always been interested in it and this is a cool way to gain experience that I probably wouldn't have learn "in real life". I always say that you can use my renders in any way you want, as long as they are not claimed, watermarks removed or simply sold. I only ask for giving me credits, because let's be honest, this stuff takes a lot of time to create.

If I inspire you to make edits on tiktok, write fics, draw or learn 3d renders etc I am honored. And I love checking tags and see what you have created (unfortunately, sometimes I'm busy and I can miss it, but I don't do it on purpose).

But I also realize that some people have no intention of doing this, which sometimes makes me sad. But I guess unfortunately I have to accept it.

are you okay with people using your renders as pfps?

I don't mind at all! I'm always happy when I see my works used in different ways. I only ask for credits when someone uses them in fics, edits, traces them etc ♥

The only thing I don't like is when accounts based on other people's work (on tiktok and pinterest) repost my renders.
