It’s time for another episode of…

You see, being a glowing one is actually a neurological disorder. The body is unable to filter the radioactive particles from the blood stream and muscle tissue, the buildup causing the glow.

The condition is rare, and those affected by it are usually already ferals by the time enough of these particles build up to make them glow.

In theory, this could happen to anyone who has this disorder and is subjected to enough radiation over time. With how much radiation there is pretty much EVERYWHERE….
