If there is a post on tumblr you’d like us to see, reblog it and use the tag #goatlingsvent mods and we will reblog it for archives sake.

Submitting content with serious accusations are highly encouraged to have proof (screenshots, pictures, videos) to warn other users about a users potentially harmful behavior.

Please submit screenshots if possible, in regard to the goatlings discord, live chat, and forums to back up claims and keep other users in the loop.

Please do not add threatening or sexual comments to your submissions or asks. Submitting sexual content about any user, minor or not is not tolerated. Even jokes ‘User A is a MILF’. This is considered sexual harassment and will result in your submission being deleted and potentially being blocked from further submissions.

Submissions with usernames are fine, especially when it’s something positive. We love to see positive things about users on the site. 

Asking about the blog moderators' usernames, personal information, or anything identifiable will not be answered.

If you are unable to submit anonymously, go ahead and submit with your profile, we make no effort to identify users, and will make a post with on your behalf.

Please use proper usernames to assure they are tagged correctly.

FAQ

What is this place?

Goatlingsvent is an offshoot of other confessions blogs from tumblr that have existed since 2014 but have since been considered inactive. Goatlingsvent exists to allow users to air their grievances and vent about other users, site issues, and site administration without the fear of being censored or punished.

Please be aware while regular users who have submitted things in the past may not have been banned from goatlings.com, The risk is always there. Please make sure to double check the account you are using, or if you checked the “anon” box. Submitting critical, perceived harassment / bullying asks, and outed unacceptable behaviors (Z**philic, p*dophile, Public Indecency) HAVE resulted in users getting banned.

There’s a post about me and I don’t like it!

Send a message off anon requesting removal and link the post, it will be deleted depending on circumstance. The user in question has to be the one to request removal, unless there is a valid reason someone has to ask on their behalf. If there are several posts with common, reoccurring complaints your request will be ignored.

A user changed their name, how do we know if they are the same?

Please submit the users prior name and current name so we can update our mass post editing system with the new username, all posts will be updated that were made prior with the previous username.

I can’t make an anonymous submission!

Guests can hide their information by providing an anonymous name and made up email address (or real if you don’t care) under the submissions page ONLY if you aren’t logged into / don’t have a tumblr account. It will auto default to “Submitted by anonymous” after it’s been posted.

how'd you get that page that has your ask and submit and a header and stuff all on one page?

i edited the html a bit.

first i made an extra page for my blog,

and made the url samforthewinchester.tumblr.com/askyo. I wrote my faq questions, and found on google the html code for an ask and submit. Here’s a good place to find them.

Then, I found the place in my theme html where the ask link was located. I simply changed it from /ask to /askyo.

 this is what it looks like now, but before it looked like message or something.
