hey! i saw ur ask about anchor-shaped fishing village top surgery special and i want u to know ur a legend and i respect u so much. if you can't get anchor-shaped incisions during top surgery, you may be able to get normal top surgery and then get scarification done on top of the incision scars after they've healed to make them anchor-shaped. just an idea! definitely check with ur surgeon and a qualified scarification artist first obvs, but it might be worth checking out! good luck to you <3 :)
