Describe what qualities you look for in a person

Someone I can have a conversation with, be it about history, politics, culture or even dumb and trivial things like makeup techniques and the weather. Someone who’s willing to learn. Someone who is humble, but in touch with their own agency enough that they step up and help where they can. Someone who understands that their day-to-day life is only one piece in a much larger picture, that even if they don’t understand all of the contours of international affairs, that there is more going on than what’s happening in their square of the planet.

That last one is just on my mind because of conversations I’ve had at work recently. :/
