True to the common idiom, the Devil decided that if he was going to get some of these pesky soul contracts locked down... he’d have to do some of the work himself.
It was rare for him to ever travel beyond his domain of the casino- dangerous even, due to the laws in place by the Big Man Upstairs. But no collector had returned with this plant’s soul, and he was tired of waiting.
The flower patch he tracked Cagney down to was almost too peaceful for his liking. Even the bugs beneath his feet knew to run as he moved, avoiding his burning footfalls. He’d be leaving with something in hand- preferably that soul contract, but he’d settle for a dead plant as well.
“Damn, I can’t get the bleeding to stop.” The rabbit muttered, clinging tightly to his arm. His shirt sleeve was tattered, revealing a long red gash. - ask-cagneycarnation

Ricky hid behind some foliage in hopes of jumping some unaware sucker and making of with their stuff, his trusty large spoon in his hand, and ready to conk someone’s lights out, when he heard a familiar voice in the distant.
Poking out his head out of the foliage, Ricky could make out the familiar shape of Harry coming this way. Leaping out of his hiding spot, Ricky ran towards Harry excitedly, but skidded to a screeching stop when he saw his arm bleeding.
“Harry! Oi, what happened t’ yer arm?!”
"Oh, hello there!" The cactus paused by the farm's entrance, smiling warmly. "I'm visiting my son, but I figured I could look around and meet some of the other residents. I'm Claire. Do you run this farm all by yourself?" - ask-cagneycarnation
Moe looked up from his work, setting down his watering can. Well how ‘bout that! A visitor!
“Not at all, miss. I run the farm with my brothers. Two of ‘em, actually.”
