im always thinking about sam learning so many new things in season 1 about dean and someone pointed out that "moms aren't people to their children until the children grow up" about sam learning new things and i go AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

you know what this is actually really interesting because i think sam does struggle a lot with separating the dean in front of him with this concept he has of “my big brother dean”. and i think season one might be the first time he’s seeing the cracks in that fake dean image he has because he’s learning all that new information!

i don’t know that I would have thought about it in these terms at that age, but as far as like engaging with a group of others about the same piece of media we all loved, it would have to be the warrior cats books

11. What's an idea for a fic you've had that you'll probably never write?

i did have an idea for like an arthurian quest adventure style fic about cas rescuing dean from hell and the two of them having to navigate their way out of an inferno style nine rings of hell but i don’t know that i’ll ever get to it

26. What fic are you proudest of?

who ya gonna call is the longest thing i’ve ever written which i am very proud of, but i think on killing the wizard is the one that means the most to me

14. Favorite book you read this year?

okay i am going to cheat a little because i listen to a lot of audiobooks at work and then do a lot of physical edition reading at home. project hail mary by andy weir was my favorite audiobook this year (if you’ve only read the physical edition you have GOT to listen to the audio). and my surprise front runner for physical books was red rabbit by alex grecian. it’s a paranormal western with ghosts and demons and witches and i had a lot of fun with it!!!

sorry im boring and never go anywhere 😬 i did take my nephews to the pumpkin patch tho and i never see them so that was nice!

5. What’s the first song that comes to mind when you think about them?

i do think her Walking On Sunshine entrance is one of the best character introductions on the show. one of the most fun anyways. so i automatically default to that.

26. What's something the character has done you can't get over? Be it something funny, bad, good, serious, whatever?

thinking about the previous episodes (the girl with the dungeons and dragons tattoo + LARP and the real girl) where she was very clearly traumatized and upset by what had happened, it is insane to me that one of the next times they see her she says that she thought that hunting would be more magical. this is not a criticism. it’s just bonkers to me
