I’ll try my best to talk about it!
I am playing with an AU that Tenna and Spamton were humans who knew each other and worked in business together ( also more than just partners) with Tenna having his own talk show. They are in a universe where the paranormal and the unknown exist and there’s this pull on human society and government if they should worship it or protect humans from it.
Anyway, Spamtons benefactor is still in play and an unknown person who calls up Spamton and gives him secrets and mysteries no one else knows and Spamton hands these off to Tenna for his talk show. The phone itself might be a paranormal object. But one day, the benefactor calls up and tells Spamton a top secret about the human government before saying this is the end to their conversations. Spamton tells Tenna the secret and Tenna of course has to put it on TV, the scandal and reveal would be beyond huge. Only that night, before the show, they are taken and made to disappear by the human government as security risks. In reality they are both taken and used as subjects in experiments the government is performing. Tennas soul is ripped out and bound to a television. Spamton is assimilated by a formless eldritch entity that then assumes his identity, thinking it’s him, and it lives inside a puppet to use as a body to the outside world.
Eventually with some help from other characters ( OCs ) Spamton locates Tenna in a storage facility and wakes him up and they build him a body so he’s not just a tv that can’t move. They end up working in/aiding a paranormal bureau division that works to understand and contain the paranormal/unknown among humans.
So in a way they both died and came back wrong and such and that’s something I really like playing with.
If this all sounds silly and half baked, that’s ok, I’m still mulling over the idea and if it works or not. But thank you so much for showing any interest!
