Hey im sorry if this is a bit weird but I really liked your fic and I especially liked how you wrote rocky and simon, it’s nice to see how you made rocky speak many languages and the internalized homophobia simon has is also nice to see a character struggle with the same stuff I and alot of other people struggle with. Rocky fun fact: he speaks three languages, Spanish, English, and French. He's from Colombia so Spanish is his native language and he learned French when he married Adrian, bc they're French. I alluded to this idea back in chapter one when Simon referred to him as Mr. Rochelle-Rodríguez, they highenated their last names lol. This is all lore that I came up with in my head that probably won't come up in the fic so here I am babbling about it now lol.

My sweet baby boy Simon <3. He's my favorite, despite the fact that im putting him through the ringer mentally afahsgkajf. Im really glad people are relating to him, im really trying my best to get his mental health issues right. At least I grew up in Protestant Christianity so I've got a little religious trauma to project onto him lol. It's not exactly a cult but damn in America? Might as well be lol.

Anyway im glad people are liking how i write Simon, and there will be a new chapter very soon! I'm planning on making this chapter all about the various characters' disabilities, bc it's disability pride month so I wanna celebrate and educate lol

your "met an alien she sucked" is really cute but the one for ripley isn't right! xenomorphs have zero gender and are canonically asexual and completely agender as they have no sexual dimorphism between drones and warriors and instead of male / female roles, they completely function as a hive and can infact, change their biology to become a "queen", which is only called that because the queen lays eggs similar to an ovimorph as in queen wasps, queen ants, and such. any drone can become a queen though, and it doesn't make it female. if anything, the xenomorph in the first alien movie was referred to as big chap and directly kane's SON, and was played by a male actor. so if there is anything leaning to the gender of the xenomorph in the first film, it would be considered a male even though they are still completely agender, only functioning as a hive / colony. Giger and Ridley both confirmed it's a self-fertilizing hermaphrodite. The xenomorph itself shows more male features like it's phallic head while facehuggers show more female features like it's vaginal like mouth. It's neither a male or female though :C
