Do you have a height chart for the characters?
Our artist made this lovely key on the group picture! Our tallest characters are: Galan and Jolene. Our shortest are: Valko and the mystery RO. 💌
What inspired this game?
We're both avid gamers and really enjoy the format of visual novels. We kept saying: "oh, we could make our own! Oh wait... we could make our own...." And we decided to take the leap of faith and collaborate on this labor of love!
We are also avid Dungeons & Dragons players and we thought it would be fun to make it Western themed (since it's a special interest of our writer). We couldn't find any--especially SFW ones--on Steam, so we thought we'd just make a game that we would like to play! ❤️ Some literal inspiration is the book Outlawed by Anna North, as well as the games: Harvest Moon, Volcano Princess, and The Arcana!

Characters Halloween costumes?
Happy Halloween!!! 🎃 We’re going to keep the concepts modern, but this is what we think they’d be:
💌 Jolene - Bride. This is her girly moment… this is her princess era… She is That Girl….
💌 Galan - Lumberjack! He couldn’t think of anything clever so he wore his own clothes and put on a fake mustache.
💌 Cypress - Tree. Last minute, Halloween’s not her thing but she doesn’t want to be a party pooper.
💌 Crow - Cowboy Barbie! They love the attention and want to be the cutest person on Halloween.
💌 Zevine - Classic Sexy Witch! She’s serving long legs and low cut dress. She knows she’s hot and is going to flaunt it.
💌 Valko - Hamburgler. It would not be intentional…
💌 Mystery RO - Bee!
As a slav, I always giggle when I see Valko's name because I'm like, I know :)
He was not creative when he picked his new name…
Do any of the characters have any piercings or tattoos?
As far as RO’s go, none of them have tattoos! Crow and Zevine, being the jewelry connoisseurs, do have their ears pierced! But no one has any quirky body mods.
We are still working on our small cast of NPCs so this is subject to change in relation to them. 🤠
Can you explain what the different species that the characters are are like?
Absolutely! Going left to right again~ All of our characters are humanoid (including the mystery character), but each have their own race inspired by D&D races! 💌 Zevine is a demonborne, much like a teifling, however she does not have a tail and is inherently magical.
💌 Valko is a were-kin. So he's humanoid most of the time, but during full moons (or fits of anger) he turns into a large bipedal coyote.
💌 Jolene is a good ole human!
💌 Crow is an elf; we would consider them to be adjacent to a high elf due to their narrow features and natural talent as a bard!
💌 Galan is half-orc! I think that's pretty obvious with his cute tusks.
💌 Cypress is an earth-elemental which is similar to an earth genasi! Part of her DNA is mineral and crystals--that's why her hair shimmers and has a light refracting effect!
Valko facts please?
You will get two! One from our writer, one from our artist! 🐺 💌 Valko may be a bad guy, but he's not a bad guy. All of the stealing he does is only to provide for his gang (read: chosen family). It's always things that are needed--food, water, clothing, etc.--never anything more.
💌 Being that he's an outlaw, he has to get creative with cooking on the road (which he enjoys)! One of his favorites is potato stew.
