Do you sell prints?

Very rarely. I’ve tried to do the print thing but never get enough people wanting to purchase them. I’ve kind of given up on selling my art. ;-/ I’m sorry anon, but if you are interested I can see what I can do.

What genre of films do you create and can you link any of them?

I LOVE creating horror and comedic films! I have two films and a pilot I’ve been developing for some time now and I hope to get at least one of them up and running soon.

Honestly, I’m happy to do anything. Commercials are an absolute blast to create too!

As for linking you my films, they are currently running the film festival circuit so I can’t really show them to you. I really need to update my demo reel so I’m a bit embarrassed to even just link that. Ha ha ha. The demo reel I have is from college so it’s about 2 years old and I desperately need to update it. *shudders*

Your art is unique and your lines are perfect. How did you go about developing a style?

Oh my goodness, thank you so much anon!

Ehhhhhhhhhhhh, that’s such a hard question. I dunno how to really explain how I found my style. I guess I just studied artists I admired for many years to finally create the style you see today. I’m still growing as an artist and much like Jamie Hewlett, it changes regularly. I’d have to say German Expressionism, Wassily Kandinsky, Jamie Hewlett, Edward Gorey, Tim Sale, Bruce Timm, Stephen Silver, Tim Burton, The Mighty Boosh, Italian Renaissance, Mod/Ska/Northern Soul, various horror films, and sharp/pointy men are the most notable influences. I tend to obsess over a character in a film/comic/tv show that can also influence the way I approach my character designs. I hope this helps ya? Just study everything that catches your eye!
