How do you get your eyes to do the glow effect? I keep wanting to draw fan art of Insane Wheats and it's really ticking me off that I can't get that look.
I just kinda airbrush blue on his eyes using a Luminosity layer in SAI. It's a magical blending effect (and now I think I'm gonna see if I can find the equation for it).
I believe it translates to Linear Dodge in Photoshop...It looks a little different, but the effect is about the same (I think it looks a little less glowy in Photoshop XD).
