Do The Things You Said You'd Do - (3.7k wc, established relationship, Eddie Munson x fem!reader) Eddie’s been on tour, and missing him is hard… until he shows up early, unannounced. AN: this was the first fic I finished in a single writing session and it felt like pure bliss. it's also - I think - the closest I've come to writing Eddie exactly as he lives in my head

Even Statues Crumble - (38k wc, Steve Harrington x fem!reader — FWB; Eddie Munson x fem!reader — loose enemies-to-friends-to-???) A five act story about aftermaths, almosts, and the price of waiting too long. AN: this is actually the first fic I ever wrote! I started it in 2019 right after s3, and as you can imagine - that first draft was very different from what this eventually became. I’m so happy this bad boy got to be 6 years in the making - truly a labor of love. 

You'd Have To Stop The World - (12k wc, FWB Eddie Munson x fem!reader) Casual fun turns complicated when boundaries begin to blur. AN: MY BELOVED. fun fact: this story is heavily inspired by my real life love story with my boyfriend

Pretty When You Cry - (3.5k wc, power exchange, sub!Eddie, afab!reader) The one where Eddie gives up control. AN: what can I say? I have a thing for power dynamics and of course, a pretty man crying.

AN: I had to add this one because conceptually it may be my fave! ITS YOU!! I would just love to say how happy I am to see your blog back on Tumblr, we missed you lots! This is no request , just an Anon who's very happy to see you back on Tumblr again! ❤️❤️

I'll be honest. When I discovered my blog disappeared, I was devastated and angry. Hundreds of posts with hundreds of stories lost because someone (I assume) hated me that much. It destroyed my motivation and I decided to stay away from Tumblr, for what I thought, permanently.

A few weeks ago, I got an itch. An itch to write. An itch I hadn't had in months. I replayed the video game just for fun and it made me remember how much I loved those characters. How much I loved bringing them to life. How much I loved the community around the game and the greater wizarding world fandom.

I decided I wanted to try again. That it was all worth it. I got my hobby back. (And a VPN)

I legitimately have not been this happy in quite some time. I'm very grateful and humbled by the warm welcome back I have received. ❤️

#3 favourite fanart of the year

I don't have *one* favorite. Everyone is so talented! And they each bring something different to their works! So, I decided to choose one character - Kaoru Sakurayashiki from SK8 the Infinity - and showcase some amazing art featuring him. Most of the SK8 fandom seems to be on Twitter, so I can't reblog their works here on Tumblr, but any opportunity to give them a shoutout, I will!

This one is from debz. Technically it's from last year, but it only came across my dash this year. The artwork only has two colors - black and pink - and the contrast is *gorgeous*. I love the messiness of the lines and the blurs of the cherry blossoms. And Kaoru pulling down his mask like that? 😍

This one is an artwork celebrating the new year from Raine. It's my phone's lock screen picture. As someone who is fickle and changes stuff around often, switching out photos and icons every few months, this one stayed as my lock screen picture for the entire year. (And it's a nice remainder that it's the year of the tiger. I always forget. lol)

And the last Kaoru artwork I absolutely love is this one from rowan. Emo Kaoru. I dig that.

MXTX! I purchased all 4 English translations of SVSSS and plan to start reading them next month! And I'm already eyeing MXTX's other works. Just waiting for a sale to go on at my local bookshop. I am *so* ready to board this train.

#27 best fandom moment of the year

Umm, no questions hands down it's when they announced that SK8 the Infinity is coming back. The amount of screaming, elation, and enthusiasm I expressed all over my Discord servers and various social media platforms ---- I am sorry for my excessive fangirling. It was a lot. lol I also quickly wrote up a Matchablossom fanfics rec list! Which got me into talking to some amazing people over on Dreamwidth. My love for this fandom know no bounds. I am still positively giddy over this news as I typed this out even now.
